Plans and billing
The plan belongs to the organization and applies on the web and on desktop. Free forever, read-only; Pro and Team with a 14-day trial on the first subscription.

Kubepier Web’s fixed egress IPs apply on every plan, Free included.
AI diagnosis is for Pro and Team. On those plans, including during the 14-day free trial, each user gets a 7-day trial with no key to set up (on desktop, from 2.7.0), counted from their first diagnosis, with TR’s OpenAI key and up to 30 diagnoses a day. After that, Pro and Team use their own key. Free has no AI.
Billing
- Per organization, not per user, in BRL.
- Paid plans have a 14-day free trial on the organization’s first subscription; the trial is once per organization, and a later subscription is charged right away. Yearly plans get 2 months free.
- Payment goes through Mercado Pago. Kubepier never receives card data.
- Only admins subscribe and cancel, on the Plans screen.
- When you cancel, the paid plan lasts until the end of the paid period and the organization goes back to Free. Cancelling does not refund.
- On your first purchase, you can withdraw within 7 days of the first charge, as the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code provides: e-mail contato@kubepier.com.br and the refund is made through Mercado Pago.
The plan on desktop
- The desktop app checks the licence with the server on sign-in and every 6 hours. So whoever leaves the team keeps the paid features on desktop until the next check.
- One rule applies to every paid feature (edit, logs, shell, AI and the service menus): signed out or on Free, read-only; on Pro or Team, unlocked, and without internet up to 7 days after the last check. From 2.7.0, the rule also covers the local terminal, creating resources, Helm and Lens Metrics, and the role comes with the licence: a Team organization member is read-only.
- On Free, from 2.4.0 on, paid actions show with a lock and an upgrade notice, as on the web. Up to 2.3.0, they do not show.
- On Pro and Team, the 7-day AI diagnosis trial (with no key of your own) needs a signed-in account and desktop 2.7.0 or newer.
